Kaiser Collective LLC 88-1023799 | Government Grant Application

Kaiser Collective LLC | Application Preview

Kaiser Collective LLC is seeking a small business grant to capitalize on an opportunity in the rare collectibles and sports memorabilia market. The owner has established connections with suppliers and professional athlete agents to build a clientele for selling unique products, including helmets, jerseys, sports cards, and more. The funding would be used to purchase items at wholesale prices and to facilitate autograph signing events with athletes.

The business plan involves creating innovative display designs that set it apart from competitors. Notable concepts include a free-floating display stand for signed sneakers that uses magnets and a fan for a spinning effect and a realistic rotating stand for football helmets featuring lights and replicas of players' heads. These creative designs aim to transform the sports collector market, which the owner believes has become stagnant with traditional display methods.

The funding request is justified by the uniqueness of the designs, which incorporate interactive elements like Bluetooth technology and LED lighting—features that are currently absent from existing collectible displays provided by competitors such as Fanatics, Panini America, and LIDS. By leveraging fresh and original ideas, Kaiser Collective LLC aims to fill an open niche in the market for innovative and engaging sports memorabilia displays.

  • Funding Usage

I have a business opportunity with selling rare collectibles and sports memoribilia. I've made connections with suppliers & agents of profesional atheletes. I've built network of clientele thru various sources to help sell products. I'm asking for a small business grant so that I can purchase products at wholesale and pay the agents of profesional players for signing events. My products will vary from Helmets, Jerseys, Footballs, Cleats, Sportcards, Basketballs & more. I have created designs for displays that no one else has done. An example, for signed cleats or sneakers; I have designed a free floating display stand using magnets and a fan that make the apparel seem as if it floats and spins in a 360 degree motion for a unique experience. For football helmets, I've designed a rotating stand with lights plus exact replica of a players head to make the display look realistic. I have so many design but I don't have adequate funding to get my business of the ground. If my company is given the grant. I believe my designs would revolutionalize the sports collector market.

  • Business Plan

I plan to grow my business using the designs I've created to make one of a kind collector displays and collectible items. My first step is ordering the parts from wholesalers to build the displays. Second is ordering sports apparel and merchandise. The third step is using my contacts with major sports stars agents such as Justin Fields, Jonathan Taylor, Kenny Pickett and more to sign the collectibles for the displays I'll be customizing. I have revolutionary designs. The companies that make collectible displays currently are stale and use the same basic picture frames for Jerseys or acrylic cases for helmets. My displays would be one of a kind, no one has thought of or even tried to create consumer interactive displays using bluetooth, L.E.D. lighting, rotating stands, or free floating displays.

  • Self Identified Competition

Fanatics, Panini America & LIDS None of my competitors sell anything origianal, unique or on of a kind. They market is wide open for someone like me with fresh ideas and designs.
