Integrity LLC is seeking government grants to support the purchase of a building for their appliance warehouse and workshop. The funding will either allow for an outright buy or provide a down payment to secure an affordable loan.
The business plan outlines a five-year goal to collaborate with Whirlpool, expanding their offerings to include new appliances alongside used ones. This will necessitate hiring additional staff to enhance customer outreach. The new facility will also serve as a central location for appliance testing and repairs, improving service for customers.
Integrity LLC emphasizes its commitment to moral business practices and customer satisfaction as key reasons to approve their funding request. They aim to maintain a friendly, small-town atmosphere, ensuring each customer feels valued while providing affordable, quality appliances that contribute to environmental sustainability by preventing waste.
In terms of competition, their primary rivals are Appliance Connection and Roettering, but their location in Gerald, about 30 minutes away from these competitors, provides a unique opportunity to cater to affordable appliance needs in the local community.
The company’s differentiating factor is its dedication to personal customer relationships and a supportive shopping experience, born from awareness of negative customer experiences at other appliance retailers.

Funding Usage
We have found a building for our appliance warehouse and workshop. We would like to purchase the building. If we cannot purchase the building outright, we would like to put a down payment on the building to make the loan affordable.

Business Plan
In the next five years, we plan to pursue a contract with Whirlpool so we can offer new appliances in addition to used appliances. We will add more employees, so we can reach more customers. In addition, we will have a warehouse and workshop so appliances can be tested and repaired more easily, and so customers will have a central location to shop. Investors should invest in us because we choose to run our business with strong morals and integrity (hence the name). We make sure every customer is happy and feels heard. We choose to keep a "small town" feel, so each customer feels like a friend. In addition, we want affordable, quality appliances to be available to everyone. That will also help keep appliances out of landfills. We trying to save the world, one appliance at a time.

Self Identified Competition
Our biggest competitors will be Appliance Connection (located in Washington) and Roettering (located in Union). However, we are not overly concerned about their competition, because we plan on being located in Gerald, which is about 30 minutes way. We're hoping to create an opportunity for more affordable appliances locally for Gerald and the surrounding communities. We are different from our competitors because we want to continue to keep a "small town" feel to our business. We want our customers to feel like friends. We created our business after hearing horror story after horror story from customers about their experiences at other local appliance stores and big box stores.
