Funding Usage
We are expanding in the Texas market and Florida market, so we intend to use these funds to get another trailer for Texas since we don't have one there yet. We want to get a company vehicle as well to pull that trailer. We want to get equipment needed for our contractors and have some left for gear and payroll to keep us afloat while we get jobs closed out and get the company running smoothly.

Business Plan
We plane to expand to all over Texas, we are currently in Lubbock Tx and we serve the surrounding areas but we don't have the equipment or man power yet to get to all of Texas like intended. We want to use these funds to help push us forward to get our company recognized and do marketing and ads so we get noticed more. We plan to do this in our Florida market as well as we are only located in Davenport Fl for now but we go to surrounding areas as well for now. But our end goal for the next 5 years is to grow our staff to get more contractors, get more gear and equipment so we can have multiple crews in different cities running jobs. Also have our small family owned business to get rated #1 is the dream for us. Rivera Home Solutions LLC, is a small family owned business that started with my father and we are wanting to continue what he has taught us and show others that everything we do is in gods hands and we will work hard to show that we can be successful. In any aspect whether that be Handyman services to Roofing to Solar, we want to show that a small family owned business can compete with these major companies. All we are asking for is a chance so we can grow and help show Texas and Florida that Rivera Home Solutions LLC is a company worth looking at and we wont stop growing.

In Texas it would be J Ferg Pros, Andrus Brothers Roofing, CanTex Roofing & Construction With us being Family owned and great with clients, we have always been honest and straight forward with anyone we speak with. That's how our parents raised us to respect others and always tell the truth and take care of those in need. We will always treat our clients as part of our family, because when they put their trust in us its like I'm taking care of one of my family members. I hope other companies would do this more often instead of saying they will, but then you are left feeling like it was never really done correctly. We also explain to everyone exactly what we are doing through the process of anything we are doing so we educate the client we are servicing so next time they don't get taken advantage by others who try to swindle them. We have all heard the horror stories of contractors taking the clients funds and running off with them to never be seen again, our goal is to break that cycle and show homeowners that we are to be trusted and not all handyman/ contractors are bad.
