This allows for individuals to live and explore different areas of the country to learn more about the history, culture, and geography of those areas. Within the next 5 years, Doud Properties & Investments, L.L.C. has intentions of providing the largest offering of these short term rentals/leases to individuals looking to come to the Southwest Virginia/ Appalachian Mountain region. Currently the demand is very high within this area and offerings are very slim. Other than hotel chains there are very few options for short term stays. As a lifetime resident of Southwest Virginia, I aspire to share my love for this area with travelers from all over. These properties tend to become rented rather quickly as they are desirable for travelers.
