Within the next 5 years, Doud Properties & Investments, L.L.C. has intentions of providing the largest offering of these short term rentals/leases to individuals looking to come to the Southwest Virginia/ Appalachian Mountain region. These properties tend to become rented rather quickly as they are desirable for travelers.
