You Name It, I Sold It! LLC | Application Preview

You Name It, I Sold It! LLC is seeking government grants to enhance their operations, specifically focusing on storage solutions and developing a comprehensive inventory system. The funds will facilitate better organization of current and sold items.

The business plan includes hiring part-time staff to streamline processes and launching a marketing campaign aimed at boosting sales. The owner emphasizes their dedication as a hardworking family man who genuinely seeks to grow a small business, drawing from prior experience running a computer repair shop for three years until market conditions forced its closure.

In terms of competition, while there are numerous local businesses in the buying and reselling sector, the owner believes effective management can yield consistent profits. Their competitive advantage lies in providing customers with great deals on items sourced at favorable prices, ensuring that, with the right inventory and storage management, the business can thrive and continue to generate profits.

This would be used towards storage, setting up inventory system so I have a very detailed system of what I currently have and that has already sold.

  • Business Plan

I plan on hiring several part time employees to help me get everything organized and then launch a marketing campaign to increase sales. I feel investors should invest in me because I'm an honest, hard working family man that just wants to run a small business. I have prior experience in running a small computer repair shop, that I kept running for 3 years before pricing on computers became too low to make profit with so I decided to close down. I love the challenges of day to day operations and seeing a company just continuing to grow and grow and hire more and more employees.

  • Self Identified Competition

There are a lot of local companies doing this type of buying and reselling on a smaller market, but I still feel if managed properly this can continue to turn a profit day to day. I just want to give people a good deal on products that I'm already receiving a good deal on, so I feel if managed properly with a good inventory system and storage space you will continue to make money on a day to day basis.
