Push Plastic | Application Preview
Push Plastic is applying for government grants to support its expansion efforts after significant growth since its establishment in 2013. The business requires additional space for research and development, increased capabilities, and better storage for raw and finished products. A key aspect of this expansion involves retrofitting a sprinkler system into their current facility, which is proving costly.
The additional square footage will enable Push Plastic to install new equipment that enhances their 3D printing innovation and business capacity. The company has experienced steady organic growth, with minimal outside investment, and now faces a crucial moment to expand further to stay competitive and maintain market share. As a small family-owned business, Push Plastic believes its committed team and expertise position it well for future growth.
Push Plastic faces competition from companies like 3DXTech, Keene Village Plastics, and 3DFuel, which also manufacture 3D printer filament. However, Push Plastic stands out by offering high-quality products with strong customer service, a design and printing service for technical assistance, and unique offerings such as custom material formulation and color matching. These factors create a competitive edge in the 3D printing market, reinforcing their case for funding to facilitate this important expansion.

Funding Usage
Push Plastic has gone through lots of growth since its inception in 2013. We are now at the stage where we need more space to conduct research and development opportunities, increase our capabilities, and store more raw & finished goods. We are working on an expansion to our current facility which will require a sprinkler system due to the materials we are using. Retrofitting this required sprinkler system into our current building is proving to be a very expensive inclusion to the build. Push Plastic is seeking assistance for this project!
