I plan to increase the stores online presence, the physical ads I've taken out have not produced many results. I have joined the LGBTQ+ faction of the Chamber of Commerce, and I plan on joining the main Chamber. Within the Chamber I can network and make connections with other pet based companies. I have already formed several working relationships with rescue shelters, groomers, and specialized print magazines. I have created a specialized boutique experience for dogs, cats and their owners. Although I am a new business I already have a 4.9 google rating based on 16 reviews. The response from the public has been overwhelmingly positive. I have spent my life in various retail management positions for numerous big businesses. My knowledge of retail has proven advantageous and fruitful. I just need some working capital to get through the remainder of the year so that my store can flourish.

Self Identified Competition
My only competitor in the area is PetSmart. However, the products I have decided to carry are items you can not purchase from them, and usually not on Amazon either. My store is different in the fact that we carry only high quality foods and treats. The majority of the toys, collars, harnesses, bowls, and wellness products are not available in many stores. The products I carry are from other small businesses, mostly from the U.S. Although I have a few from London, Australia and Italy. My customers come in for the personal connection I make with them and the unique, high quality products I carry.
