If I am approved for this grant, I will use the funds to fill my makeup and hair kits to accommodate clients I have had to turn down because of the lack of material I have. I will have the money to buy promotional marketing to grow my business and advertise across the state and neighboring states to grow clientele. I will be able to hire staff to help with larger events and continue to grow as a nationwide company with artists in all states.

I plan to have a stylist and artist in neighboring states by my 5 year mark. To have the Flawless beauties brand grow to be a nationwide hair styling and makeup artistry company. I plan to have a studio to complete trials, photo shoots and training for staff. Investing in my company will help me create the beauty industry that create inclusion and diversity within the makeup and hair industry in NM. I am a self taught makeup artist and hair stylist. I have a passion for the busty industry like no other. I have helped women and men feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. Teaching young women the importance of enhancing their natural features and creating confident young women. I have worked on my talents for 11 years and I have been successful with just work of mouth referrals. I would like to teach and train young women with the same passion and help them grow in an industry that is very competitive. With the skins and knowledge of my own teaching and trainings I have done on my own. I believe that I will be successful just because of the passion I have. I am creating a business my twin daughters would love to own and take over. I want to teach them strong independence and women owned businesses can be successful if they work hard and have a passion for what they do. When the session is over with clients the confidence that is instilled in their faces is worth all of the hard work!

Betty Rose Something Ginger I have not been to any formal trading schools. Everything I have learned has been self taught through online courses I have paid for to watch, YouTube channels and social media. I have been taking my career in my own hands and have been driven to create a business that a lot of people won’t dare to enter! Because if my drive I will be successful. I am not a one step kind of woman. I will complete my first step of hiring one employee, then 2 and so on. I will then because a nationwide business and Flawless beauties will be a well know Nation wide company that will continue to expand and create confidence and happiness in all clients to come.
