I consider our top 3 local competitors to be Mr. Appliance in Lexington, Rick Greene Appliance Repair, and Appliance Service of Lexington. 1. Mr Appliance - been in business over 10 years, over 10 techs, national franchise, local franchise owner has become a friend of mine, they do it “right”, overpriced for our market, more transactional than relational. 2. Rick Greene - original owner passed away a few years ago and he was very well know and respected. His 2 son in laws have been maintaining the business. They are great guys and also doing good work. From my understanding they are staying a 2 tech operation with little interest in growing. 3. Appliance Service of Lexington - ran by 1 guy that is also the only technician. He is very skilled and experienced with over 25 years. No intention of growing beyond himself. It is our growing TEAM. We are professional and customer focused from start to finish. Our customers know and can feel that we care. We have over 900 5-Star Google reviews in just 4years of operation. We also have the foundation and processes for continued growth.
