Nutrishop 5 year plan to grow is all about Networking. Not only will the grant money help us pay down our debts and restock the store, it will help us join new networking groups here in Columbia like -Chamber of Commerce -Womens Network -1 Million Cups -BNI -Rotary Club -Etc. These networking groups will help us get in front of new people on the weekly basis to spread the word of what Nutrishop can offer. Nutrishop will also be doing advertising on socia media platforms to draw in new customers. On top of that we will be setting up booths at local gyms and other health and wellness businesses to promote Nutrishop and hand out samples of our products. Lastly, we want to be able to work with the local Post Office to distribute flyers to the neighborhoods surrounding Nutrishop. When starting your own small business you put your entire life into it. You handle the marketing, the accounting, hiring, firing, cleaning of the toilets, sales, and everything in-between. And you think after running your business for the first 5 years that you have it all figured out. Then a pandemic comes and wipes it all away. There isn't a hand book out there that can help you prepare for something like COVID. But we pushed through. Working day in and day out to stay alive. And we don't plan on stopping now. Nutrishop is a family owned and run business. The owner works in the shop every day and knows every single customer that comes in. The owner and employees put out the best customer service to make sure every single person feels special. Tough times make great leaders. So we are reaching out for help to keep providing to our community.

Our biggest competitor is Amazon. Yes Amazon provides a plethora of options for supplements. But it doesn't come with the guidance that Nutrishop staff can provide. The general public doesn't know the ins and outs of ingredients on labels. The staff at Nutrishop has been trained for 60 hours bare minimum on all products and every single ingredient to make sure that the customer is buying acting what they need. Nutrishop is way more than just a retail supplement store. Not only do we provide 3rd party tested supplements but we specialize in helping people become healthier all the way around. We provide Inbody Analysis screening which allows people to see how much body fat, muscle mass, and water is in the body. This way we can recommended the right kind of supplements their body type is needing. We also provide our customers with meal plans and workout plans. This way the customer is set up with all the right knowledge to become a healthier and happier person. We also work with local businesses to provide Transformation Challenges to their employees. These challenges are put into place to help with work production. It's a prove fact that healthier people work harder and smarter. The biggest take away that makes us different is every person on staff is highly educated on every thing single product in the store. Knowing the ingredients and what they do and why the customer is taking it is key to what Nutrishop stands for and why so many people trust us with their health.
