Open small food truck for public events Ive been a contractor for over 25 years so remodeling the space will be effortless for me. Im looking for a business that will allow me to retire from the hard grueling work i do now to a business i believe will flourish.

Self Identified Competition
The nice thing about this business is there are no hot dog/italian beef places in the town i want to open my Hotties Restaurant in. My biggest competition would be all the retail food chains like mc Donald's and sonic. Sonic has hot dogs but not like what i will serve and Italian beef sandwiches are hard to find here. You cant even buy it in walmart outside of the deli. We will be serving Chicago style hotdogs with all the toppings. Italian beef sandwiches with jalapeños. Or combo sandwiches which r popular where im from in illinois. Its italian sausage and Italian beef combined on a large bun. U cant find that down here in my area.
