Funding Usage
If I were to be granted any amount for my business I plan to use the funding to buy materials I need to start my business. I have local vendors who do designs for custom picnic tables, arches and various items that will make my business stand out. I need to purchase pillows, picnic blankets, picnic baskets, candles, LED “Will you marry me” sign and 3ft Marquee letters. I also will purchase table settings, guests books and a camera to capture moments for my clients. I will also need a bohemian styled umbrella, faux flowers and vases. With being able to buy all these items I can set up design examples and start working and offering my services to clients. I have many people interested but I could benefit from financial support to make my business come to life.

I spent the last years working in law enforcement and will be a new mother later this month. My husband is a Deputy and I am starting my business doing event decor and planning for the hopes of freedom to raise our daughter. My vision is to set up luxury style picnics, proposals and events for loved ones to enjoy those intimate moments together. I plan to utilize unique arches, marquee letters and bohemian styled set ups for comfortable and sweet moments together. I hope to reach audiences of couples, friends, and bridal or baby shower parties. I initially plan to start with smaller groups but have aspirations of larger groups and events. I have experience utilizing floral arrangements, luxury decor and balloon set ups. I Olán to continue to grow my business through the use of social media(Instagram, Twitter and TikTok). I also will be organizing with local wineries and small businesses to collaborate for helping each other. I plan to make ads for my business and cards to pass out at local farmers markets. Investors should consider investing in mu business because I have the market and clientele to be successful. With my history working and my husband currently working in law enforcement, I have access to many individuals who would prefer to hire a business who is law enforcement supportive as well as supportive of all first responders and military. I have my AA in sociology and the study of people. I know how to connect with all groups of life and look forward to offering my services to those interested. My top competitors are locals who are running similar businesses but only operating on social media. What makes me different is I am setting my business up for long term success. I envision ways for my company to grow and eventually hire employees. With the right investments I can start. I am also different because of my law enforcement experience, I value the ability to take a chance on myself while still supporting first responders and military.
