    We plan to start by continuing to hire and train new employees in water transfer. While simultaneously expanding our fleet of office trailers for gate guard duties. We will strive to not only create, but upkeep relationships with oil producers and contractors. This will ensure repeat business and allow growth from positive word of mouth and a good reputation. Once were established we also hope to venture into pad maintenance in the way of snow removal in winter and mowing and weed spraying in the summer. We also potentially would be interested in hot shot equipment transportation services, to move oil field equipment from location to location. Investors should invest in us because we are highly motivated to become a force in all arenas we plan to enter. We are also experienced in the fields that we're pursuing in such a way the we feel we can train new hires, motivate experienced employees and predict any potential set backs we may encounter in our trade and mitigate them.     As it pertains to water transfer, we feel that ML contracting will be our biggest competitors seeing as they are more established , having said that we don't feel their attentiveness to their customers would be on our level, we hope to rival them in size in the years to come as i believe they employ close to a hundred employees but we would endeavor to keep and maintain a family run business attitude to our customers and employees. Petroleum Experience would be a notable competitor with gate guard services seeing as they're in the same industry and in the same area, we would plan to do the same thing as them but we would try to separate ourselves by having first aid qualified employees on location as opposed to just gate guards, their would be first aid on location at all times with us. We feel that our customer service and our willingness to take any job no matter how big or small will set us apart in a field where some of these details can be an after thought.
