Business Plan
We started as just a tree service and have since moved into full tree removal along with stump removal. We have also moved into select cut logging as well. We now have two clients that we will be logging property on every five years. We also noticed a need for mosquito removal within our area and plan on offering that service as well. When we are able to get our new equipment, we want to offer excavating work to our clients as well. I am a hard working man who will work as much as I need to so I can succeed. I have been away from my family for the last 10 years on the road for work and I am ready to be home with my family. Me and my wife are having a baby and all I want is to be home with them. I have dreamed about owning my own business my entire life and I just need a little help to get the equipment that is needed for jobs that are already lined up.

Self Identified Competition
Petersons Tree Service is the largest competitor in our area. They are currently booked out for a few months and due to the relationship and the work we do, they recommend us to the clients that they are not able to get to. One of the biggest complaints that I hear in my town is that no one ever calls the clients back. I answer every phone call I am able to and return calls as quick as possible. I will do a job even if it is a low profit because I want to keep my clients happy and I want them to keep coming back. Also, around our area, most companies only have bucket trucks and are not able to climb trees that the trucks cannot get into. I have all the equipment to climb and I am very good at it.
