Business Plan
Over the course of the next five years I plan to expand my business by offering high quality services and hard to beat fees to customers, landing clients from residential to commercial. Upon acquisition of adequate funds as time progresses I would hire more employees and expand my equipment and ability to make more profit by introducing new services like pressure washing and tree removal services. Investors should invest in me because I’m never not hungry and always thirsty to succeed. I’m the kind that goes over and beyond to get jobs as perfect as possible and never satisfied. I am highly motivated and business minded, I believe somewhat above even some very successful entrepreneurs because prison gave me time to fine tune my skills and focus on my purpose. I’ve worked almost every day for the last two years and have managed to pay my bills and keep my business active, an example of my consistency and determination. Finally I can say that when you’ve lost so much it will make you appreciate everything, every moment and opportunity….and most importantly; People.

Self Identified Competition
Apologetic to say however I haven’t considered specifically who my top 3 competitors are because I always viewed all lawn care services in my area as competition. For the most part I am left out of the competition when it comes to yards larger approximately than one acre because it’s not practical for me to walk behind a mower that distances equating to likely being on one job for more than a day and unprofessional service because the grass will be fresher cut the next day and make the lawn appear out of contrast. Again with larger trees. I can’t compete where I have no trailer to haul away after falling, yet my current 14’’ chainsaw won’t cut through larger trees, however I’ve completed some good projects with it. My application is humbling because I never attempt to charge people exorbitant fees for any kind of service. Always do great work because I have high standards, no matter how big or small the project, and rarely take any time off because I am geared towards success and better living quality. On time and never miss deadlines…upon my daily, people have told me I’ve shown up right on time because their usual service guy didn’t show. I like to give each customer a round tour of my finished work to make them know how much I appreciate their hiring me. I want them to view it and smile, as they never fail to do…,ask how can I be of service further.
