SHA DIVINE HAIR ESSENTIALS 93-2458105 | Government Grant Application

SHA DIVINE HAIR ESSENTIALS | Application Preview

SHA Divine Hair Essentials is seeking government grant funding to support various aspects of its growing business. The funds will be used for essential products, software for tracking financials, advertising and marketing efforts, packaging and labeling, business cards, and travel expenses.

The business plan includes the establishment of 2 to 3 retail locations over the next three years, the hiring of 10 to 30 additional employees, and plans for international sales. The owner aims to continue innovating by developing new products that maintain the high quality of existing offerings.

The motivation behind the funding request stems from a personal experience; the owner faced challenges with her daughter’s hair loss beginning in 2016. After extensive research into natural oils and herbs, the owner developed a successful product, launched an Etsy shop in 2019, and actively promoted the products through social media, leading to a strong positive reception and demand. Customers from multiple states, including Ohio, Florida, and New York, are currently waiting for the products.

In terms of competition, the business faces generic beauty supply items and other independent sellers. However, the owner emphasizes a commitment to self-improvement and a focus on quality to stand out in the market.

The competitive edge lies in the owner’s dedication, extensive research, thorough planning, and a strong educational background in business management. Collaboration with both current and retired business owners offers valuable guidance, further enhancing the business's potential for success.
