Business Plan
With the updated computer systems and Software I will be able to offer new services, and increase our Social Media presence by creating videos that show all of the services offered. I also plan to increase our marketing greatly (currently no budget for marketing) to help drive new clients. My goal is to move my business to an office space so I can meet with local clients, and hire 1-2 employees with in the next five years. I am almost 50 years old, and I grew up in and around the construction industry until my early 20's working for my father, grandfather, and a couple of other companies. I transitioned into the restaurant industry at that time and got into management for about 25 years. I was a General Manager in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. During my time in management I have a proven track record of effectively and successfully running a business. In 2019 I left the restaurant industry to go back to school for Computer Aided Drafting & Design to get back into residential construction industry. In less than a year after starting Creek Drafting & Design I have built a decent following on Facebook (1.1K followers) organically. In the 10 months I've been in business I have had 28 clients/customers, and I've also been hired by other companies to do the design work for their clients.

Self Identified Competition
Greg James Designs is the biggest competition. He has a large You Tube following, strong marketing, and a vast knowledge of metal buildings and how they are built. The Barndo Company, they design and Build Barndominiums. The Barndo Lady, they also design and build Barndominiums Growing up my father and grandfather were custom home builders, so I was always looking at floor plans at home and in their office. I always loved when we would go to the job site and I could see the plans being built. Growing up and being able to see the plans and how well they flowed lead me to always analyze homes in a different way than most people see the layout, and if it flows well or not. Being a smaller company I am the only one working directly with the clients and taking all of their ideas and helping them create a floor plan that flows well while creating a Custom Floor Plan that matches their vision.
