Funding Usage
Funds will be used as an investment into instructional design programs, Learning Management System (LMS) contracts, and CRM platforms. Instructional design programs and LMS contracts will include subscriptions to Articulate 360 + Reach 360, Vyond, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Pro Suite. The CRM platform would help us maintain booking services, client satisfaction surveys, online webinar access, and client relationship management.

Currently we are offering in-person workshops, coaching and training programs to local businesses. My next step is to invest in Learning & Development Design programs and Learning Management Systems that will help us build and deliver next-level interactive online training programs, coaching and workshops to customers all over the country through monthly subscriptions to our online platform. We help businesses create and maintain a more engaging, inclusive and efficient workplace by offering interactive, fun and educational training. Our trainings will not only help organizations build a more cohesive company culture, but will enhance the innovation of an organization by helping them build an environment of trust and empathy from the top down.

1.) Freelance Instructional Designers and Leadership Trainers - They are able to offer custom-built and quick content for companies who are not looking for subscription-based training, or recurring training and development. 2.) Executive Leadership Coaches - They are able to relate to and guide specifically executive or c-suite level leaders. Although we have a focus on Leadership, we have a more holistic approach to training and development by including the entire team, with an emphasis on creating an environment of high trust and accountability. We also offer one-on-one leadership coaching, as well as group leadership coaching as supplemental offerings to our workshops and training programs, to help hold leaders highly accountable to maintaining a culture of high trust and empathy.
