I plan to grow the business into an agency that contracts and/or employs other industry experts in areas that I am not as proficient in. I also plan on specializing in helping small business owners get their businesses up and going. I want to be involved in local and state events, organizations, and partner with local organizations that serve a specific cause. It was a few years ago when I started dating my now-wife and seeing that her line of work (social worker) was something that would actively and directly impact an individual's life. Since then, I have had a hankering to create a business and an environment that was people-focused and created a positive outcome in people's lives. That is why I have decided to work with small-medium-sized businesses, especially startups, and help those individuals' businesses achieve success with their business.
