I have been working my business out of my home for over 10 years. Expanding into a store front shop will be the first big step into growing my business. I would like to have a small gift shop alongside my fresh flowers to allow people more gift options to choose from. Once my shop is more established I also plan on hosting diy classes for people to have their own fun experience at making arrangements, planters and other fun flower activates. This isn't just a job to me. This is my passion! I have the talent no one else has in my town. I will be the only flower shop in business for 20 miles in any direction. I have been dreaming for the day that I can say I own my own store and am my own boss. With the help from these grants and investors I could finally make it come true! I've proven to myself that I can and will do whatever it takes to make my dreams come true. Nothing but hard work and determination to keep me going.

Self Identified Competition
my top competitors are all in different towns as i would be the only flower shop my town. Thier are also only 3 other gift shops located on main street where I wish to open my store front. To keep my shop different from others I plan on selling items from other small artisan business that I have found off line. Allowing them a chance at growing their business as well. I also wish to host classes throughout the day so people can have a fun day out and learn something new.
