Alliance Builders LLC is seeking government grants to fund the expansion of its office staff and purchase equipment for a new 96-unit apartment complex aimed at providing low-income housing in Mexico, MO. The company plans to develop and manage multi-family apartments over the next five years, focusing on building eight 12-unit complexes on 11 acres in a growing area with outdated housing options.
The business has shifted its strategy to internalize project management and construction services, reducing the costs typically faced by external contractors. This approach will enhance efficiency and minimize delays, enabling the company to build equity while providing their services.
The application emphasizes the company's proven success over the past five years, having established a strong reputation in the industry despite initially starting without connections or funding. Their commitment to building trust, maintaining high standards of work, and developing strategic relationships has positioned them as a competitive player in the market.
In terms of competition, they identify several local businesses with strengths in reputation and workmanship. However, these competitors tend to be limited in staff and growth potential. Business Plan
In the next 5 years we are shifting gears aggressively start developing and retaining multi-family apartment complexes. We will be building 8 12- unit apartments across 11 acres in Mexico, MO. We have identified Mexico as a town experiencing an uptick in population expansion and most of the housing is severely outdated giving new residents and existing residents limited options. Once this project is completed and property management is in place, we will replicate this process in a similar market. As most of the project management and construction service will be handled in house, we will have a much lower cost of building than the average investor. In the past all our work was generated externally leaving us exposed to schedule changes due to many factors outside of our control resulting in unforeseeable losses, by generating our own projects we mitigate downtime and delays while building equity in addition to compensation for our construction services. I believe investors should invest in our company due to our proven track record and our vision for the future. Five years ago we entered the market with limited connections and no money and in a short amount of time have risen to a place where are well known and a top contender for any high profile construction project on our area. Our vision for the future is what compels us and inspired trust in those first clients who hired us when we had no previous credibility. Our sincerity, discipline and work ethic was and continues to be undeniable. Driving people to ask for advise on construction investments and competitor’s employees to ask for jobs. The goal from day one was to rise to a place where we can develop our own multi-family complexes and keeping a razor-sharp focus on that target we began to lay years of groundwork by total immersion into affiliated markets gaining valuable experience and building targeted relationships crucial to the success of our ambitions. These past five years have been fantastically formative and productive enough to position us into a place to be successful in our ambitions whether or not we receive grants or outside investors.

MJ Tucker Construction, Wentzville, MO Closest competitor to Alliance Builders, LLC provides similar framing services to similar clients. Strengths-excellent reputation 20 years plus in the industry Weaknesses- lack of flexibility in adjusting to business norms post pandemic, losing staff to Alliance Builders. What differentiates Alliance Builders from our competitors is our growth vision. Our core belief is that whatever isn’t experiencing some kind of growth is dying. We have a large vision for the future and recognize the importance of delegation. Initially it impedes profits as there can be a degradation of performance and profits as people adjust. This is what our competitors are not doing and as a result aren’t growing. We constantly reinvest in our team and delegate responsibility recognizing this a marathon and not sprint to a quick cash grab. We did not participate in the price gouging we witnessed other doing during the pandemic but stayed true to our mission of building up relationships, experience, equity and capital keeping our focus on our end goal. This vision for our company transcends our family and the families of our staff as we wish to make appositive impact on the communities we touch and the environment we live in.
