The amount requested is a fraction of what I plan to do for my community. we need better, safer living environment. I feel if the living situation looks better inside the community will want to keep these residential homes and neighborhoods looking good on the outside. I want to offer help for anyone seriously trying to better their self and change the situation for the better.

I can not tell about the top competitors simply because I'm not in competition with anyone. I see companies not care about their property, only holding it to collecting rent, not caring about the area because they are never around. I plan to do what I am learning to the best of my abilities and with the right assistance I will succeed and stand out. I don't see competition, there is enough room for everyone who is willing. I know where my focus needs to stay. It took time for me to learn this but it shall be a formula for success
