Our plan to grow our business in the next five years is to continue to provide an amazing indoor golf experience to our customers. And eventually expanding our business to a second location. Investors should invest in us because the indoor golf simulation business is booming. The indoor golf business is up 10% since last year and more and more people are getting themselves into golf which will allow us to maintain a steady flow of revenue because during the winter months and days where it rains too hard to get out on the course we will be able to provide a golf experience that they will never forget. We will be an indoor facility were golfers do not need to worry about the weather to get there golfing. On top of that we do plan to host leagues, events, parties, and so on. In for a quick number of 50% of Business that we expect we are projected at over $250,000 in revenue year one. We got that number based off the top three closest golf simulators businesses near us considering they book out all day every day in the winter months.

Newport indoor golf, located in Newport Rhode Island they offer multiple simulators using trackman technology. It's an open, pretty quiet location but also your typical golf simulators. Rhode Island indoor golf, located in Rumford Rhode Island. They offer only three simulators using trackman technology. They are very small place not much room to walk around or socialize with people or big groups. the broken tee, located in Lakeville Mass. they offer multiple golf simulators but using a cheaper technology than trackman and also another small space to where people feel like they're on top of each other with a very small lounge area What makes us different from our competitors is mainly our atmosphere. We plan to have our atmosphere be immaculate. We don't want golfers to come here and treat it like a golf course, we do want people to treat others with respect but we also want this to be a place where people can enjoy themselves with a company of their friends and family. Our customers will be put first as always and along with the golf simulators we plan to have multiple TVs throughout playing other sporting events, a bigger lounge area separate from the golf simulators, as well working an operational bar for both soft and alcoholic drinks. And to top it all off our location is prime in the heart of Fall River, MA located right on the waterfront minutes from multiple restaurants that are all within walking distance, and the scenery itself is immaculate.
