We are already increasing in private party clientele, we will have increased traffic during regular restaurant hours, and more advertising. We are an exceptional catering company that has been in the business for many years. We have regular clients that we work with as well as many new clients. We have a 10 year lease agreement (with option to extend and possibly purchase) as the new tenants for a venue that has been around for decades, and the Ballard/Seattle community is very familiar with the space and excited to come back as patrons in the newly remodeled and re-envisioned space. We hold a weekly outdoor (indoor depending on weather) vendors/farmers market that includes up to 30 vendors and has become a staple for other small business in the community, the market happens every Thursday from 2-7.

As a venue space that offers regular food and bar services, private parties, weekly markets, catering on-site and off-site at other locations, there aren't many other business that offer what we offer. Our space is also on the waterfront with exceptional views of the Ballard Canal. To be honest, we don't have many competitors in our area as most others are strictly in the restaurant business with occasional catering. Our vast array of services, our quality of services, and of course our beautiful waterfront venue.
