We are on plan to acquire 4 - 5 customers and then seek funding from a venture capital group to significantly expand operations. We currently have one customer already and will be deploying our cloud based platform in one month. We have had informal conversations with 3 more customers already and plan to begin more formal discussions in the coming month. After acquiring a few customers we plan to approach some venture capital groups to allow for a more aggressive expansion. This includes increased marketing budgets, sales campaigns and additional data scientists. Depending on the valuation of the company and where the market is, we are looking at a strategic exit with a company that would greatly benefit from having our solution within their stack of products. We have an innovation that addresses a very sizable TAM, we have our first clients already without seeking funding and we are in a marketplace that is accelerating aggressively. The solution is revolutionary to the ETL market and has been gaining significant traction just based off the discussions we have had with customers and industry specialists. We have numerous use cases for this solution and are able to penetrate any vertical that has data. We are primarily looking at financial services and healthcare but will look to expand to other verticals as we continue to grow. We are maintaining a low operation cost however to be able to expand quickly that will need to change which is why we are seeking investment.
