I plan on networking and using current contacts to work with additional brokers. Again, there is a need for reliable and knowledgeable processors for the mortgage brokerage community. I have excellent communication skills which have proven invaluable to both loan officers and borrowers. I have a strong knowledge of the entire process from application through closing and post-closing, and auditing files. My experience and attitude have made me a highly sought out processor over the years and I truly enjoy my job helping people achieve their homeownership dreams.

There aren't many competitors since the licensing for this type of business is rather lengthy and costly for a processor. I only know of 2 other companies and one of them isn't accepting any new brokers for clients. My experience in all types of loans and processes means that I can process any type of loan that they may need to help their borrowers. I have worked in retail, wholesale,In and brokerages. I have experience with Conv/FHA/VA/USDA/renovation and construction loans. I work well with underwriters due to my ability to pre-underwrite files to make the approvals easier on them. In this industry, there is a large gap between loan officers and processors due to a long history of finger-pointing in both directions. I have a unique ability to bridge that gap and help make everyone's job a little easier.
