in the immediate ten mile radius of my restaurant I only two competitors: Fat Larrys (BBQ and comfort food) Wally Hatchet (Comfort food) the remaining are fast food chains, asian, and mexican The major and main deference between Brunswick Skillet and my competitors is location, they are both located on a main state road that has thousands of vehicles that pass them daily. Also I advertise and cook by scratch, 98% percent of my recipes are from scratch while there food is boxed (sysco, us foods, ect)
