Business Plan
First thing will be offering an amazing service overall. Next will be starting an education center which will be under my current LLC, and will bring in students who pay a monthly tuition and will allow the academy to run all day long. on top of that the jiu jitsu academy which will grow on average 50 students a year with a goal of a 150 students min. This will grow organically from word of mouth and various marketing efforts such as social media, networking with other businesses and partnering with schools. I will be hiring employees to free up some time for myself to continue to focus my efforts on growing the business overall. I love what I do and I'm in this to bring value to peoples lives. It's not that I don't care about the money, obviously without it I wouldn't be able to help all the people that I do or help my family. We are creating a community and offering a service that is a light in this area. We help and will continue to change a lot of lives especially kids. We live in times where kids need support more now than ever. I have learned of some great ways through Martial Arts and Education that can help children become better versions of themselves and serve their own communities in greater ways. Not only that but I'm a man of principles, I live my life by a code and I will use the money in a way that will help this community.

Self Identified Competition
Recreational sports, after school programs, and fitness centers Everyone has a unique gift and I would say mine is my ability to connect with and coach children. My programs are different than any other place around us. They are more structured, and laid out in a way that my students understand. My education center will be focused on coaching kids to take on more responsibilities, pursue their interests, with a big focus on character and overall health and fitness. Most education centers are not doing those things.
