I’m planning on expanding the back area with newer chairs for the clients to lay on. I also want to buy a cricket to put my own signage for advertisement on the windows. I need to buy more lights to see the location more at night. I want to advertise a lot more that I am there. I need to make the outside look brighter and better. I need to pressure wash and paint the outside but I really want to advertise on the radio and other places like the newspaper to keep the consistency.

I plan to hire on more employees, create a better back room and educate each employee to my standard. I graduated from Harvard business school certificate to learn more about business practices and leadership. I continue to create an environment that people love to be at. I’m very ambitious and see myself as expanding eventually into another location with more rooms for more services down the road. I graduated top in my class at the salon professional academy in 2013. I continue to strive to be the best. I lived with my parents and spent every single check on education to learn more to perfect my craft. I made sure I learned every single service so that way if I ever hired anybody, I would know how to fix it. I oversee everything. If you ever met me in person you would want to help me. My top 3 competitors don’t understand my work ethic. My personality and who I am as a person outshines any small business. Even the larger businesses want to know me as a person. Not to be conceited but I light up a room and am always smiling while I’m out. I love people. My top competitors tried hiring me and learning from me. If they see the potential in me I think you should too. Hopefully. I work 7 days a week. With a smile on my face. I love what I do. It’s my passion. I don’t mind staying late. I have no children.
