Business Plan
I will continue to purchase and sell products on Amazon and launch approximately 20 new products per year. I plan on hiring 5-10 people to help with all parts of the business. Plan for year one is to have 25K or more a month in sales. I started this business becasue I lost my job in July 2020 due to Covid. I had worked in the oilfield at the same company for 23 years. I needed to find a business to be able to work from home and something for myself where I could continue to support myself and my children. I have the passion and motivation to make this business work. I have signed up for training with Amazing Selling Machine and just joined Titan Network. With the help and guidance of these two businesses I have been able to start and order my first two products within a couple of months and will be launching to sell each one by end of February. I have ordered and paid for first inventory for each product. I need funding in order to continue to order and launch more products.

Self Identified Competition
There are several competitiors in Amazon selling the same items. I have been trained to find products to launch that have competitors with low reviews and high selling volume per month in order to be able to rank and get compete with them. I am building a brand within the Amazon market. My brand: SelectSoma, will sell products that have anything to do with comfort. Pillows, cushions, back support, etc. I will build my brand around similar items. This way in several years I will scale the business to possibly then be able to launch in other ecommerce platforms.
