Our top 3 competitors are: Browns Fit, Tremont Athletic and Planet Fitness. All 3 of these gyms are in a 2 miles radius of us and offer similar services but they are not us! We are a private boutique style gym ran completely different from those 3 companies and we’re filling a void in the fitness in the industry that millennials, ( our target customers) crave for us to fill! As I started to touch on in the previous paragraph, we are a private boutique style gym that caters to millennials. Whether it’s our easy online sign up process, to our door system using an app to open our doors ( doors stay locked at IC Fitness) which only members have access. To the music we play, playlist calendar is available online for all to see what being played that particular day. Our process of retaining the top personal training talent, ensuring all of the best trainers are under one roof. Those are just a few things that sets us apart from our competitors.
