**Summary of Grant Application**

**Funding Request:** The applicant is seeking $100,000 to resolve financial difficulties stemming from co-signing a car loan for a family member. The applicant currently lives in a small room on their niece's property and has faced personal issues leading to their difficult situation. The funding would cover outstanding bills, enabling the applicant to relocate and avoid homelessness.

**Financial Background:** The applicant has been unable to refinance their vehicle or their niece's daughter-in-law's vehicle due to a six-month waiting period. Both vehicles negatively impact the applicant's credit report, hindering access to financial help. The applicant desires to pay off the car loan and cover their living expenses to achieve stability.

**Use of Funds:** The funding would allow the applicant to pay off existing debts and rent a new place to live. This would simplify their financial obligations to just the loan and rent.

**Justification for Funding:** By providing support, investors would help the applicant avoid homelessness and the stress of living in a vehicle. The applicant believes that resolving their current financial situation will enable them to regain stability and become self-sufficient, as they are also pursuing job opportunities alongside their disability income.

**Competition and Edge:** There is no mention of competition or a unique competitive advantage in this application. The focus is primarily on securing necessary financial support for personal and familial obligations.

  • Funding Usage

when things were going well for me, i co-signed for a car for my niece's daughter in law. then my niece let me live in a small room on her property, so i could afford a new car myself. until she decided i may be interested in her husband. which i am not. now i can't even move, nor can i refinance my vehicle till 6 months. the niece's daughter in law can't refinance till 6 months either. so both vehicles are on my credit report, and can't get any help because of it. i want to be able to get all my bills paid so i can move, an d not have all this grief. i would pay off her car too and make her refinance somewhere else in a month. i then would have rent and this loan to pay off only instead of all this on me. i can't stay here, and don't want to live in my truck. i blew what money i had left repairing this room to live in it. i am asking for 100 thousand.
