Business Plan
There are several programs put in place to grow the business. We have a referral program. I offer other benefits to commercial drivers who is a big audience of the business. Goals are set weekly of how many new clients we target. We market via social media, mailing post cards, ad in news paper, radio, etc. All the local laundry mats and Jiffy lubes allow us to leave business and post cards for customers to see. I have teamed up with local businesses to educate and train on tax liability, and how to prepare for tax season. Also, partnering with Family and General Dollar to have business listed on printed receipts of each client. First, I would say I have a passion for what I do. I care about others and want for everyone to be knowledgeable and in compliance with the IRS. Many businesses don't know or understand some things when it come to taxes. They just know that I must pay the money or file so that they don't get in any trouble. I like to educate, teach, and train for full understanding. Help clients save money or pay money that's owed if it applies. I want to make a difference in my community. I love what I do paid or not paid. I love to serve my community in every way I can. I specialize in commercial drivers because they are essential, busy, and don't have time to sit in an office all day to have taxes prepared. I believe in giving back. The funds will allow our company to offer jobs and train up good tax professional in the tax industry the right way. We have great intentions and ideas. We just need financial help to see it through.

Our top three competitors would be Jackson Income Tax, H& R Block, and Jackson Hewitt. All three competitors have been around for a long time. They all may be good companies. J Cole Tax & Services are striving to be one of the top tax companies in Middle Georgia. Our vision is global. We want to get clients and keep them. We are winners; Our goal is to Educate, Connect, and Empower. What makes J Cole Tax & Services different from our competitors is we strive for excellence, every client is treated with respect, we focus on our clients needs and listen. We consider each client and treat them as if it was one of us going into a tax office for service. Our standards with our customers is once they come to us they never want to go into another tax office outside of us. As with the clients same is for staff or hiring new staff. It's important to give staff what they need and pay them their worth. Good help is hard to find. Respect and loyalty goes a long way. I wouldn't have it any other way. We educate, connect, and empower our clients, staff, and community. The funding administrators will be investing in the future of one of the top and best tax companies in the industries to come.
