LLC Lees Lawn Care LLC | Application Preview
Lees Lawn Care LLC is seeking government grants to fund the acquisition of new equipment, upgrades to existing tools, operating capital, uniforms, and other essential needs. The business plan includes hiring a marketing firm to enhance visibility and attract customers through various advertising methods, including word of mouth.
The applicant emphasizes the lack of professional lawn care services in the local market, identifying an opportunity for growth. The goal is to transform the business into a million-dollar-per-year operation within five years, complete with employee benefits and a 401k plan. The applicant believes that success is based on quality over quantity and recognizes the importance of strategic fund management.
In terms of competition, while the applicant does not view others as direct competitors, they acknowledge Royal Lawns, SEMO Landscaping, and TruGreen. The competitive edge for Lees Lawn Care stems from being a hands-on owner/operator, actively working alongside employees, and investing personal funds into the business, which distinguishes it from more established firms.

Business Plan
I plan to use a marketing company to promote Lee's Lawn Care L.L.C. Word of mouth and many other methods of advertisement. In my local area, there are many lawn care outfits but far to few professional companies. My 5 year plan is to grow the business into a million dollar/year company with benefits and 401k for the employees. In my opinion, it is the quality not the quantity. Building a successful business is a mindset and a skillset. It is not for those who are unwilling to step out and take a risk. I believe you don't start something you cant finish. Strategic planning and use of funds is of upmost importance.

Self Identified Competition
I do not see anyone as a competitor per-say, but if I had to list them, It would be: 1:Royal Lawns 2:SEMO Landscaping 3:TruGreen The biggest difference myself and other companies is they are well established as I am not. I have my own personal funds tied up in my business. I am a true owner/operator. I go out to the the job site and work along side of my employees.
