Smokin Roachez Pest Control | Application Preview
Smokin Roachez Pest Control is seeking government grants to support its business expansion. The funding will be allocated towards acquiring a reliable company vehicle, improving equipment, increasing advertising efforts, and better managing finances by differentiating personal expenses from business expenses.
In the first year, the business targets a minimum revenue of $80,000, focusing heavily on marketing through advertisements, including a branded vehicle. The aim is to deliver exceptional pest control and sanitation services, addressing increased demand from the pandemic in the Atlanta area.
By the second year, the plan includes expanding to additional cities, hiring another employee, and enhancing marketing strategies through hot leads, internet promotions, and local media. The third year envisions further hiring, potential billboard advertising, and opening another office in Georgia, with goals of reaching southern Georgia and northern Florida.
In the fourth year, the company intends to diversify by adding lawn care services, offering a comprehensive solution for pest control and lawn maintenance. By the fifth year, Smokin Roachez aims to expand into neighboring states while establishing a call center and increasing the workforce.
The business presents a compelling case for funding by highlighting a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, exceptional service, and employee appreciation. The owner emphasizes the reliability and growth potential of the business, stating that it addresses common household concerns such as pest issues and unsightly lawns. The competitive edge lies in superior service quality, staff treatment, and affordable pricing, contrasting with larger competitors that often lack effective communication and customer care.
Overall, Smokin Roachez Pest Control seeks to build a legacy business known for its outstanding service and positive employee environment.

Funding Usage
I plan on using funding to expand the business and also getting a reliable company vehicle. I need better and more equipment and also and more paid advertisements and it will also help to separate money going to self purchase and money going into the company . Good start up money to get where I’m trying to be

Business Plan
1st year I plan on achieving 80k minimum. I’d focus on slamming the market with advertisements including a wrapped company vehicle and providing exceptional services to the likes of which you’ve never seen before to residential and commercial buildings with pest control and sanitation services which is much needed due to the pandemic. I’d plan on getting as much business in the Atlanta metro and surrounding areas as possible 2nd year id expand out more of the cities and possibly hire another guy and get him into a company vehicle and grow his or her route so that the money is worth his or her time. I’d also invest in hot leads for customers and expand on a broader platform for internet promo as well as radio promo plus it would be nice to purchase a spot in the paper . 3rd year id hire on some more employees and attempt to get a billboard or 2 and establish another office in Georgia and expand the business to southern Georgia and northern Florida . 4th year id add lawn care services into the business and get people to use us for a one stop shop for pest control sanitation and well as lawn care 5th year id expand into surrounding states but leaving Georgia as the home territory for the business I’d also need a call center and more employees with all this growth . Investors should invest in me because most people don’t don’t bugs in their home nobody likes germs or to be sick and most people don’t want a bad looking lawn . So this business will be here to grow and stay . I’m not a easy person to slow down so with that being said I’d say my business will take after it’s father which is myself, might I add! It definitely wouldn’t be a waste of money and I’m a good person overall even outside of business. I just want to build a company that will expand and I can pass down through the family line and I also want to be that company that’s known for phenomenal service and my employees are well kept! There is no doubt in my mind the business wouldn’t ring bells . The name it’self catches ones eye from a mile away!

Self Identified Competition
Top 3 competitors are arrow exterminators Terminix and north western exterminators I’m way different in many ways . I’d pay well and show great appreciation to my employees and not treat them like a number. Me and my business will provide amazing services at a phenomenal affordable price. My customer service skills are through the roof and I care about my customer satisfactions. I’ve had multiple clients leave these companies due to lack of communication and terrible work with jacked up prices and I’ve yet to have a complaint about any of those things . I will use great products and I won’t use cheap products to nickel and dime because that would technically cheat my customers and cut them short. If my business is doing well I’d reward my employees for excellence not just with a pat on the back or a thank you but bonuses and gifts to show appreciation, these companies don’t do those things often or some at all . I’d provide proper training and take more time with new starts . Uniforms, I’d provide everything up front from head to toe without taking anything out of checks . Most importantly I’d invest in the company and my employees more than most . Instead of relaxing in the Bahamas every other month I’d make sure my employees are able to provide for themselves and their family efficiently.
