63 Welds LLC 9681308-0160 | Government Grant Application

63 Welds LLC | Application Preview

63 Welds LLC is applying for government grants to acquire essential equipment for their metal fabrication shop. The funding will be used to purchase a reliable forklift, a metal lathe, a slip roll for steel, and potentially a plasma table to reduce supplier costs. Additionally, the business aims to acquire a decent work truck and invest in developing a new shop on financed land. The owner envisions creating one of the most efficient and cleanest metal fabrication shops in the state, earning a reputation for excellence among clients, customers, and suppliers.

The business plan outlines a five-year goal of employing 5-10 full-time workers, fully owning all equipment, and establishing an online purchasing system for their unique products. The company specializes in custom items such as railings, staircases, timber brackets, and distinctive furniture pieces, focusing on quality over quantity.

In terms of competition, 63 Welds LLC emphasizes their commitment to client satisfaction, with a track record of personal engagement and responsiveness, which sets them apart from competitors. The owner prides themselves on creating a supportive work environment for employees and maintaining competitive pricing without the pursuit of wealth as the primary goal.

  • Funding Usage

This money would be used to gain more used but decent equipment for the shop such as a new fork lift that starts and runs good, a metal lathe for turning metal, a slip roll for rolling steel, possibly a plasma table to cut down on costs to suppliers, and a good brake for bending material. As well as another used but decent work truck. And hopefully it would be put to use in building a new shop on a financed piece of land. My goal is have one of the cleanest and most efficient metal fabrication shops in the state. I'm already known for being great with clients and customers and my suppliers but I want to be known throughout the state and surrounding areas as being one of the best.

  • Business Plan

Within the next five years I'd like to have at least 5-10 full time employee's, operating out of my own shop on land that I've purchased, have all assets paid off in full, and have an online purchasing option for customers to be able to order limited production items that will be available from our company. We make some of the best products within the state of Utah. Ranging from custom designed railings to state of the art staircases and anything in between from custom timber brackets to one of a kind furniture pieces. I don't want to make a thousand of one thing, I want to make just a few of certain things that are unique, creative, elegant, and captivating to all.

  • Self Identified Competition

I have a few competitors out there but what I've been told by clients who have used them before coming to me is that I'm more involved with the client. If they call I answer, if they need to me come look at something I'm there. they come first all the time cause without them I wouldn't be able to live my dream of being a self made successful businessman. I'm great to get along with. I listen carefully to my clients needs so I can meet if not exceed they're expectations. my prices are competitive but over the time like some other shops I know of. I don't need to be rich to be happy, I'd rather just have happy employees.
