Funding Usage
To host a 2 part summer job development program for youth in our community. It will include plumbic,electrical,HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical professonals leading day long workshops . Funding will support venue, equipment, materials, advertising and marketing as well as as paying for 1/2 employees for the event

Business Plan
I plan to grow this in community by offering it every summer and working on partnership with school system to build a work development program. I think that these blue collar jobs and skills are becoming extinct and it is important for middle and high school students to explore these skills . each of these skills are in high demand and can be attained.

Self Identified Competition
Not sure if there are many. I'm in the community in which I wish to serve. I teach currently, and believe this will be our future for young Americans. These skill sets are lost and can be obtained and learned while leading to financial independence and ownership .
