The funding requested would be used to construct a shop type building with an office.

Business Plan
If the funding is approved, I can purchase more, larger equipment with additional capabilities. I currently have no place to store and service the equipment. The funding would be utilized to construct a shop for those purposes. If I have a shop, I can begin to acquire equipment such as back-hoes, dump trucks, excavators etc. I will be 50 years old in 2024. I have had the same career for 30 years. I am steadfast and I have the work history and work ethic to prove it. I currently have a great job that provides good benefits and retirement. This grant would help tp provide some means with which I can supplement that retirement. I have no intentions of resting on my laurels after retirement. I believe that as long as I am able and capable I will pursue endeavors that will benefit myself ad my family.

Self Identified Competition
My direct competitors in the region are small business just like me. Most of my competitors are small businesses, mom n pop type structure. Throughout my career I have been exposed to business on a much larger scale. I understand reporting P&L statements, EBITDA, Tax Structures and Contracts & Liabilities. I have experience managing revenue in the 7 figures for other people. I would like to use that experience to manage my own nest egg.
