Business Plan
Plans to grow the business over the next five years include adding pet boarding capacity from the initial 14 luxury suites to a capacity of 50 luxury pets suites and a cat boarding facility up a capacity of 25 cats. With the growth of this community, we will be centrally located enabling ease of access and convenience. In the pet boarding market there is a significant growth potential, as this county is in the top ten counties in the US for growth. Currently, there are no luxury pet boarding facilities in the county and we recognize the significant need for luxury pet boarding facilities with very high demand for pet boarding. Additionally, we will be centrally located between several large military installations which will enable a worry free experience for our deploying military members who have pet boarding needs. Our business model will satisfy the needs for luxury pet boarding facilities within the county and surrounding areas.

Self Identified Competition
There exists maybe two pet boarding facilities in the area but are limited in capacity and amenities. These existing services do not offer high-end, luxury, in-home feel for pet boarding. This service gap, is the gap we intend on closing. Our business model will provide a high-end, luxury, in-home feel for pet boarding. The luxury suites will be our pet guests home away from home experience.
