    I plan on investing in more space and equipment to help keep up with the demand of my very popular product. I will also be hiring more employees to expand business hours and days open. I have a very unique product and brand that has little to no competition in my town. We have been widely supported and we know our growth would be rapid if we had the space, employees, and equipment to allow it.

  • Self Identified Competition

    We live in a town with very few food options and restaurants. The only pizza restaurants in town are commercial brands, while we have all homemade (mostly organic) food and also cook in a wood fired oven. There is not another wood fired pizza restaurant within an hour of our location. Our top competitors would be a commercial pizza restaurant (Captain Tony’s) on the other side of town, Pizza Hut, and a local restaurant that serves bar food. We are a wood fired brick oven pizza business, while our competitors are conveyor belt, gas powered pizza businesses. We are using wood and only wood to cook with. Our ingredients and dishes are also 75-100% organic and non gmo. We pride ourselves on our quality ingredients and methods of cooking. There is not another restaurant in town that markets to people who prefer organic quality ingredients. We have very few healthy options in town and no authentic Italian options. We are alone in marketing to the growing group of people in our town that prefer quality as opposed to fast food.
