With a strong background in marketing, relationship building with local organizations, and special promotions and events, the goal of this business will be to become a cherished asset of the community for children and their families. A variety of marketing initiatives are listed in my business plan, but ultimately building an excellent reputation and building positive word of mouth will be a priority. The village of merton is a booming and growing community with lots of young families, however, there are not many family oriented businesses in the area. The village board is very supportive of being a business of this nature and the community has already garnered excitement at the prospect of not only having a cafe, but a children's play place available so close.

Bug & Goose - offers quality coffee and a variety of play areas for young children Kids in Motion - offers multiple party rooms and a large space for birthday parties Children's Play Gallery - most closely aligned for the play areas, is about 20 minutes away and does not offer food/drink options Areas for children with special sensory needs created with the consultation of an occupational therapist, a soft play baby gated section and handicap accessible play exhibits will make this space as inclusive as possible.
