EliteGlow is a business that only has room to grow and expand. Once the company has established a steady flow of monthly income and clients, we plan on expanding our services by adding another laser machine. This machine will allow us to not only provide our customers with a larger selection of services, but it will also create an opportunity for job openings. In order to truly achieve a steady flow of income and clients, EliteGlow has hired a marketing and social media team to create content and share the serene experience over at EliteGlowLaser. Without the help of grants, new business owners jump into a great pool of debt leaving them in what may seem like a greater monetary loss within the first year or two. As a new business, this financial support would help keep our heads above waters as we navigate the new challenges of gaining and maintaining customers. Not only would this grant allow the company to purchase the laser needed to preform these services, it would facilitate the company’s chances of potentially buying another laser in the near future. This in turn may provide a great opportunity for the company to grow and succeed amongst its competitors.

Self Identified Competition
Seeing as Laser hair removal and other laser treatments are becoming more popular, there are about 5-10 similar businesses in our area offering this service. Our most known competitor may be Milan Lasers about 15 miles from our targeted salon suite. Most of the other laser salons appear to be locally owned. They offer similar services but they don’t all have that salon feel (as seen in their google images). Some of our other competitors offer other services such as aesthetic facials, waxing, etc. Similar to the services we plan on providing. Our marketing skills will be what marks a true difference between us and our competitors. Our services may seem similar to those of our competitors, but we are working on providing an experience unlike any other salon. Our laser suite will be established within a salon that is already up and running that offers a wide variety of services for both men and women.
