Self Identified Competition
Seeing as Laser hair removal and other laser treatments are becoming more popular, there are about 5-10 similar businesses in our area offering this service. Our most known competitor may be Milan Lasers about 15 miles from our targeted salon suite. Most of the other laser salons appear to be locally owned. They offer similar services but they don’t all have that salon feel (as seen in their google images). Some of our other competitors offer other services such as aesthetic facials, waxing, etc. Similar to the services we plan on providing. Our marketing skills will be what marks a true difference between us and our competitors. Our services may seem similar to those of our competitors, but we are working on providing an experience unlike any other salon. Our laser suite will be established within a salon that is already up and running that offers a wide variety of services for both men and women.
