By securing the necessary materials in addition to increasing our staffing levels, our business will become a fierce competitor with the region to provide superior customer service to our clients. Continued growth and investment will then yield the ability to reach a broader range of untapped demographic groups and expand the regional service base within our line of business. Mrs. T's Hauling was started with very little means and has managed to grow beyond the projected success rate. We are now in a phase whereas demand has substantially increased however we are in struggle to move forward with specific projects due to a lack of materials required for us to complete jobs. We've reached a ceiling in less than a year of being established and it is wholly due to a strong need for competent, professional service within this region. Advertising in addition to repeat business has greatly exploded our footprint in the region and there is significant value in that we are thriving small business that has become well recognized in such a brief period of time.

From the initial contact and thru the entire process, we are extremely interactive with our customers which in turn offers an opportunity for us to maintain continued growth by proactively taking opportunities to offer additional services and or securing future business dealings. Attentive, professional customer service is greatly needed within our business and to it's detriment, it has created a lane for new and fresh competition such as Mrs. T's Hauling to set a precedent for what our industry could and should be. A breath of fresh air during a time where a need for assistance can be overwhelming, Mrs. T's will be the guiding beacon of care of professionalism that takes complete control and provides an ease of mind each and every time.
