I need additional employees, and small renovation's for retail sale items with display shelves. U3Fit has always been focused on addressing the health pandemic in our communities. We want to make available the services that provide assistance with metabolic diseases and cultural awareness of foods and easy designed workouts that support lowering blood pressure, getting rid of diabetes with change of lifestyle and kidneys disease that is 33% of AA. We take out the confusion of what to do by providing a full plan with accountability and coaching that goes beyond the normal gym facilities. Our programs are one stop and we have supported hundreds and have real testimonials of self healing through knowledge and support.

No Gym or fitness facility within a 3 mile radius with our services. Honestly, there is no one locally within our district who is providing this type of wrap around service. All of our clients get one on one customized services that support their individual needs. We have neighboring gyms however they lack the well trained coaches that are personal trainers, life coach’s and nutrition fitness specialist that can have food delivered to your home, train you and support with personal development in each session. Along with massage therapy and recommendations for their at home support.
