    I am needing to purchase property along with a office/warehouse. I am currently using my home as my office/warehouse, but I do not have enough space at home to store and receive equipment and parts. I am growing in business but currently have to turn down work because I do not have the man power. I also we be hiring another technician once I buy my office/warehouse.

  • Business Plan

    I plan on doing more advertising, because the current advertising I have been doing over the years has grew my business tremendously. Just currently need more space and hire more workers as the business grows. Also would like to put logos on trucks and at other businesses that allows soliciting. My business is in the field of HVAC, which is very much needed in South Louisiana. It is an understaffed business, especially with the volume of work we have from weather conditions, natural disasters(floods, hurricanes, heat waves). So I will have business, as long as I am fair priced with providing quality work. I am in a great location that is surrounded by multiple cities that have high end neighborhoods that my services are required in. So investing into my company would be a great decision, my business is a necessity to my area.

  • Self Identified Competition

    Butcher Air Conditioning, Duponts Air Conditioning, Chapmans Air Conditioning, are my top 3 competitors. They are only my competitors on the circumstances of the man power they have, along with warehouse space and availability. What makes me different from the other competitors, is that they are more on the commercial end and became more corporate to care about the customers. I build relationships with all of my customers to make them feel comfortable of me and my work. I do quarterly check ups with customers, and give advice on self services to their unit free of charge. I know this because as I do these things, I hear from customers that their previous providers has never did any of this. Its like they take their money and go about their business. Thats what separates along with quality work. With my work, if you didn't see me working on the unit, you will not know I was there to work on the unit. I make sure my work space is clean after all jobs, no wires, or wire nuts (etc) hanging around, no dust or dirt particles around the work space. I take pride in my work, and will preach that to the technicians I hire.
