After the initial start up costs are met the annual expenses will be relatively low. The most crucial component of starting this business for this amount will rely heavily on obtaining the perfect property. We have located one that is going for only 120k and would require minimal conversations. Another big chunk of funding will be for the gaming machines which have already been selected and will cost 100k. The remaining funds will be used for so mentioned converting of property(30k), a ticket counter, (2k)tickets(8k), prizes(10k), licenses (5k) and all other basic start up costs.

By providing an in demand attraction with excellent service. The goal is to branch out within 5 years to a second location and within the 20 years have several others across the midwest area. I have the knowledge and ability to run this business and together with my two sons be able to turn this little arcade into a lucrative chain of funcenters across a wide section of the surrounding area including illinois.

Self Identified Competition
There are not many competitors at the current time as the market sadly declined in the early 2000s. However its a business that will never lose its appeal and as long as there are fun centers there will always be a decent client base. As far as other fun centers in my area, cutrently there are none in my city. The closest one would be two towns over and is a stand alone business where my plan is to start a franchise. The best comparison would be Chuck E Cheese. Although my business will be on a much smaller scale, at least initially, and have less emphasis on pizza. One thing that will stand out amongst my fun centers will be an exceptional effort to provide the best customer service possible. Another thing will be my center as well as all future centers will be specifically located in towns and cities that offer no other alternatives. Part of my main goal is to provide a place for families to spend quality time together in which without my centers would not have many other options.
