With updating to a new location, with new equipment and plumbing, repair costs will be lower. I also plan on using the new layout more efficiently to improve services and offerings. I plan to use some of the added income to increase marketing and advertizement. I have operated my restaurant for 18 months with successful sales. We are providing a unique and much needed option for my local area from Wausau, Weston and adjacent communities. I have provided employment opportunities for local residents, schools and youth programs with a payroll of over $50,000 per year. My sales have continued to increase as word of mouth referrals increase on a daily basis. I am using social media outlets to advertise my product on a daily basis. All my product is made on premises from sauces to desserts.
