Business Plan
In relocating my business, I will be located at a high visibility location. This will provide higher traffic and exposure brought in from new location, as well as adjoining businesses. With updating to a new location, with new equipment and plumbing, repair costs will be lower. I also plan on using the new layout more efficiently to improve services and offerings. I plan to use some of the added income to increase marketing and advertizement. I have operated my restaurant for 18 months with successful sales. We are providing a unique and much needed option for my local area from Wausau, Weston and adjacent communities. I have provided employment opportunities for local residents, schools and youth programs with a payroll of over $50,000 per year. My sales have continued to increase as word of mouth referrals increase on a daily basis. I am using social media outlets to advertise my product on a daily basis. All my product is made on premises from sauces to desserts.

The Olive Garden- Rib Mountain Carmelo's Italian - Rib Mountain My business is providing a higher quality product at comparable prices at a location that is accessible to not only Wausau and Rib Mountain residents, but to the communities of Weston, Schofield, Rothschild and Ringle. We have customers coming from Merrill, Stevens Point/Plover and Marshfield.
