    1. Taking marketing classed and SNS marketing will be necessary. Getting more clients through Instagram showing my skills and specialties. 2. Hire receptionist so that i can focus on detailed free consultants and services. 3. Hire employees so I can take more clients at a time. 4. Attend conventions and classes for better products and skills and trend 5. Pull more male clients who is interested in beauty and self care but not brave enough to make an appointment by giving out discounts for males 6. post feeds with before/ after photo shots I had to close down my old salon because of Covid-19. I am ready for my new salon confidence with 10yrs of experience in beauty field. While I learned new skills and found better products for services and also researched a lot of free advertising method. Me describe myself active and fast learner, I learned how to film, photo shot and edit it for better SNS advertisement also. Definitely like to work with more people creating more jobs.

    Brilliance Lash is near They have been there long period of time and a lot of royal customers. Pretty high price for same services as me but interior is not elegant nor relaxing. My little Beautique Big salon with many employees and nail services too. 1. Open hours Opening early morning for early birds or who wants the service before they go for work. 2. Free consultation Technicians don't want to put their effort or time to talk to clients what they want and close look on clients eyeshape but I always save at least 10-15min to design what clients want 3. Complementary food Not same cookie and coffee everyday but variety on complementary food on gorgeous plates and cups so clients can feel like they were treated as a princess and post them on their SNS 4. Easy access and parking My place has 4 parking spaces only for my clients and the shop is on main street
