  • Funding Usage

I need a more capable truck as I find myself having to make either multiple trips to the supply house in order to get heavy/large items into my current 4 cylinder 2 seater Tacoma. I need a roof rack capable of holding full sized ladder We need full sized ladders We need a trailer to be able to haul equipment to and from jobsite Inventory for maintenance jobs to alleviate time it takes to go to and from supply house/ home center

  • Business Plan

Currently we are working with 3 Property Management Companies doing their New Account Inspections and Make Readies, as well as their maintenance. This year with me as the only employee, we have made approximately $50,000 in revenue. In the coming years I am looking to expand by adding personnel to take on more work and to provide services to more Property Management Companies. There are currently 20+ property management companies in El Paso, TX. Once we have the adequate personnel we can service more. I am currently working on expanding into the New Mexico market, with subcontractors. Since there is an age gap between skilled workers and those coming into the field, I have proven myself to be what the Property Management Companies need. I do not take short cuts, am professional, and hold my standards with integrity and honor. I am trying to help out the tenants to be able to find a nice home and be able to live happily and safely there.

  • Self Identified Competition

Those who do not have a legitimate business, insurance, or skills and are under bidding for jobs, are the biggest competitor in this field. Other businesses, in my field that have bigger budgets, more equipment, multiple crews. Educated as an electrical engineer, I have the skill of being able to understand complex systems and find a way to either improve or at the very least fix the job. I am actually doing the job and I will never ask for someone to do something that I have not already done myself.
