  • Business Plan

The Nexus Impact has a thoughtful, reasonable, and ambitious strategic plan to grow the business through client acquisition in leadership coaching, executive coaching, and business consultation, as well as sponsorship, and the sale of merchandise. At least one employee will be hired in the next three months to manage the marketing and client acquisition channels with anticipation to hire another consultant within six months to assist with the implementation of business strategy services and workshops. In addition to added clients, growth for The Nexus Impact will be supplemented through the establishment and growth of the program Nexus of Narratives, a community education program offering tools and examples of bridging gaps in belief systems to reach common goals. The Nexus Impact was established with clients already lined up and ready to pay for services. The first paying customer went under contract for coaching services within three days of the establishment of the business. At this moment, The Nexus Impact has been established for two weeks and there are discussions under way for two extremely large long-term contracts, one with a growing solar business and the other, a media production business. Each company is interested in business consulting and leadership coaching services that would demand the addition of staff to support these contracts within the next six months. Nexus of Narratives, a community education program, which also doubles as a client-acquisition pipeline has 37 committed community leaders to participate in the program which includes introductory consulting services with the intention to transition to coaching and consultation customers.
